The location was very convenient, just a short walk from Paddington Station and close to various shops and restaurants. The front desk staff were responsive and accommodating, loaning me an umbrella when needed. Overall, a decent stay despite some minor room maintenance issues.

The room size was a pleasant surprise, more spacious than other hotels I've stayed at in Central London before, and the staff were really warm and friendly. We were able to check in early and were assisted with our requests for a room with lift access and a later checkout. A minor setback was the slight musty smell in the bathroom in the first room we were given, but the hotel quickly moved us to a larger, cleaner room. 🌟

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of the public spaces at the hotel. The luxurious furnishings and charmingly arranged sitting areas made me feel like I was in a grand old English home. Additionally, the accessibility for senior people was wonderful. The hotel provided easy access through ramps and elevators, and the spacious corridors made it easy for me to walk around without any inconvenience.

I wished for a better vacation experience for senior people, perhaps more assistance on hand from the children of the staff would have been helpful.

Appreciated the iron and comfy mattress, but the thin walls were a nuisance. Single bed surprise was amazing. Quick check-in, yet long wait for the one lift. Inefficient air conditioning and small, dusty room. Only pros were location, helpful staff, clean rooms, and luggage storage. The hotel needs improvement.

I recently stayed at Park Grand London Hyde Park for two weekends in a row and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel is clean and luxurious, with a great location near Paddington and Hyde Park. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to my stay. The breakfast was complimentary and of excellent quality, with delicious food and great tea. The shower in the room was powerful and the room was always kept clean. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The kids absolutely loved rowing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and live music at Cecil Sharp House, immersing ourselves in the local folk music. The variety of activities meant there was something for everyone, making it a truly inclusive experience for families.

My wife says that adding a dedicated play area for younger children would enhance the family-friendly experience even more.

We stayed at a hotel that's just a stone's throw away from a major train station and quite a few dining options. The room was a bit small, but clean, comfortable and stunningly decorated. The front desk staff were welcoming and dealt with all our needs effectively. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and there was a good variety to choose from. Our time there was definitely worth it.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is situated in a lovely area, just a few minutes' walk from the train/tube station. The service was excellent and we appreciated the extra efforts the staff took to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel had plenty of leisure facilities and the restaurant and bar areas were great places to spend some downtime.
